The UL260i engine is the standard engine for the Mission M106.
UL260i engine installed in Mission M106
The UL260i engine is manufactured by ULPower Aero Engines and features:
- displacement: 2.6 litres (160 cu. in.);
- power: 82 HP at 2800 rpm;
- direct drive four cylinder four stroke, horizontally opposed engine;
- air cooled;
- FADEC (Full Authority Digital Engine Control) with dual electronic ignition and fuel injection.
The engine drives a wooden 2-blade fixed pitch propeller of 160 cm diameter. A three blade propeller is optional. The UL260i engine is approved to operate on 98 octane unleaded mogas.
